Do you really come to me?
Yes. This is a fully mobile service, so I travel to your home, office, hospital room, or care facility anywhere within 50 miles of Akron. You pick the time and the place, and I bring everything we need for the signing.
Do you work with realtors, title companies, and lenders?
Yes. I’m a certified loan signing agent, so I handle refinances, purchases, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and full closing packages. I can meet your client at home, at the office, or wherever is easiest, and I make sure every page is signed correctly so the package doesn’t get sent back.
Can you help after hours or on the weekend?
Yes, and it’s one of the main reasons people call me. I’m available evenings, weekends, and holidays by arrangement, plus regular daytime hours seven days a week. Last-minute and emergency signings are welcome when the timing matters.
What do I need to have ready?
Bring a valid, unexpired government photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport. Have the full document with you but leave it unsigned, since I have to watch you sign it. If your document needs more than one signer or a witness, make sure everyone is there with their own ID.
What kinds of documents can you notarize?
Powers of attorney, affidavits, vehicle title transfers, loan and closing packages, and estate, trust, and deed paperwork, among others. One thing to know: a notary can’t give legal advice or tell you which document you need. I confirm your identity and witness your signature, and I’ll tell you honestly when something is a question for your attorney.
Do you offer remote online notarization?
Yes. If meeting in person isn’t an option, we can handle many documents over a secure video call from wherever you are. You’ll need a valid photo ID and a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera. Reach out and I’ll let you know if your document qualifies.
